Project Manager
Domo Properties, a growing Property Development company, is seeking to hire an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the execution of exciting ventures and become a pivotal part of our company. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to successful completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, including the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, identify and address issues, and provide timely and accurate reporting to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate clear communication and seamless collaboration.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project management staff.
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring accurate financial forecasting and monitoring expenditures.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to guarantee that deliverables meet or exceed established standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineer, Architecture, and/or Project Management, Construction Management.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the property development industry.
- Excellent knowledge of English and Greek language, both verbal and written.
- Good knowledge of CAD software, Microsoft Project, and Excel (Microsoft 365).
- Ability to manage project budgets, estimate costs, and analyse financial aspects.

Junior Project Manager
Domo Properties, a growing Property Development company, is seeking to hire a Junior Project Manager to join our team. You will work closely with the Project Manager and support the team in delivering our projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to gain hands-on experience in project management and grow their skills in a vibrant setting.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and follow-up on project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Prepare and present project status reports to Project Manager.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
- Monitor the permit phase by communicating with all relevant authorities and consultants involved to ensure that permits are issued in a timely manner.
- Attend the site, and coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure that the project is built according to plans and specifications; and is completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate project meetings and take minutes.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed.

Interior Designer
Due to our continuous expansion, we are looking to recruit a confident, dynamic and committed Interior Designer to join our team.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Understanding the needs of the client and participate in discussions to prepare technical documentation according to the client's requirements.
- Preparing sketches and mood boards for the client and vendor.
- Conduct meetings with the team and client, to discuss plans and updates.
- This is an all-rounder role including design, technical drawing capabilities and transfer of information, to and from, the construction site.
- On-Site survey of the projects and update of technical drawings accordingly.
- Comfortable working across all stages of a project from concept to completion including going on site.
Requirements:
- University degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- 3-5 years of professional experience in design and construction in residential, commercial or hospitality projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or ArchiCAD;
- Confidence using Sketchup (or any other 3d software), Adobe Suite and MS Office
- Be able to travel domestically when needed (site visits, installations, etc.)
- Meticulous eye for detail, resilience and efficient adherence to deadlines.
- You are self-motivated, with excellent organisational skills and able to take responsibility.

3D Architectural Designer
We are seeking a talented and experienced 3D Architectural Designer with Graphic Design Skills to join our team. As a 3D Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models of architectural designs and renderings for presentation purposes. You will also be required to have graphic design skills to develop high-quality marketing and advertising materials.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to develop 3D models of architectural designs
- Create photorealistic renderings of architectural designs for presentation purposes
- Develop graphic design materials such as brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials
- Design and create illustrations and animations for architectural projects
- Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and is completed within deadlines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Graphic Design or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in 3D modeling and rendering of architectural designs
- Proficient in 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, Rhino, and Revit
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in both 3D modeling and graphic design
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
