As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to successful completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Review and control the construction operation by coordinating with the project’s main contractor and sub-contractors.
- Lead project planning, including the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring accurate financial forecasting and monitoring expenditures.
- Oversee projects administration and ensue it complies with all relevant regulations.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to guarantee that deliverables meet or exceed established standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate clear communication and seamless collaboration.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project management staff.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to guarantee that deliverables meet or exceed established standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure project quality throughout all phases.
- Ensure that all projects comply with all relevant regulations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineer, Architecture, and/or Project Management, Construction Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the property development industry.
- Excellent knowledge of English and Greek language, both verbal and written.
- Good knowledge of CAD software, Microsoft Projects, and Excel (Microsoft 365)

As we continue to expandnd we are seeking a talented Interior Architect to join our team.
As an Interior Architect at DOMO Properties, you will design and oversee the interior spaces of our premium residential and commercial projects. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and project management skills to ensure our projects meet the highest standards of aesthetics and functionality while reflecting the company’s vision of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultations to clients, understanding and translating their needs and preferences into innovative design solutions.
- Develop comprehensive design packages, including detailed drawings and specifications, for construction purposes.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design implementation aligns with project goals.
- Conduct on-site meetings to review progress and maintain quality control.
- Monitor project schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Manage communications with vendors and suppliers, handling orders and overseeing deliveries.
- Place and monitor all interior-related orders, ensuring alignment with project budget.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues, particularly project managers, to ensure alignment with project goals and overall objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architect or Interior Design.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an Interior Designer.
- Excellent knowledge of English verbal and written.
- Proficient in AutoCad, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Good knowledge of 3D software.
- Good knowledge Microsoft Office.
- Eye for Detail.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
