DOMO began with one personal search: our founder, Andy, set out to find a home of his own and, through that journey, discovered a deeper vision for what property development could feel like. In 2018, that vision became DOMO — a company built around care, quality, and doing things properly from beginning to end.

Everything we do is rooted in "μεράκι" — heart, purpose, and genuine attention to the people we’re building for and with. Today, we still develop every home with that same mindset: thoughtfully, responsibly, and with people at the center. As one of our clients put it best: “The moment I step inside, I know I’m being taken care of from beginning till the end.” For us, that feeling is the foundation of everything we do.
