DOMO is entering a new leadership chapter as Konstantinos Soteriou, previously our CRO, steps into the role of the Chief Executive Officer. At the same time, our founder and former CEO, Andy Hadjiadamou, takes on the role of President, while Nektarios Michael, previously COO and Partner, becomes Vice President.  

Konstantinos, Andy, and Nektarios have been working closely together for years. This new structure formalizes that collaboration and allows each of them to focus on what they do best as we move into the next phase. 

DOMO is an exceptional property developer, built on responsibility rather than hierarchy. We care deeply about how we work with each other, with our partners, and with our clients, because we know that the quality of our homes is a direct outcome of the quality of our decisions. As we often say internally, “good buildings come from good thinking, done properly.” That mindset remains unchanged. 

Looking ahead, this leadership structure allows us to stay close to the details while raising our standards even further. Our focus remains on building fewer things, better: homes that exceed market norms, stand the test of time, and reflect genuine care at every stage. At DOMO, growth looks a little different. We don’t measure it by speed or scale. For us, it shows in the care we take, the standards we uphold, and the intention behind every decision we make.
