As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to successful completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Review and control the construction operation by coordinating with the project’s main contractor and sub-contractors.
Lead project planning, including the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Oversee project budgets, ensuring accurate financial forecasting and monitoring expenditures.
Oversee projects administration and ensue it complies with all relevant regulations.
Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to guarantee that deliverables meet or exceed established standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate clear communication and seamless collaboration.
Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project management staff.
Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to guarantee that deliverables meet or exceed established standards.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure project quality throughout all phases.
Ensure that all projects comply with all relevant regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineer, Architecture, and/or Project Management, Construction Management.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the property development industry.
Excellent knowledge of English and Greek language, both verbal and written.
Good knowledge of CAD software, Microsoft Projects, and Excel (Microsoft 365)
