As we continue to expandnd we are seeking a talented Interior Architect to join our team. As an Interior Architect at DOMO Properties, you will design and oversee the interior spaces of our premium residential and commercial projects. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and project management skills to ensure our projects meet the highest standards of aesthetics and functionality while reflecting the company’s vision of excellence.
Provide expert consultations to clients, understanding and translating their needs and preferences into innovative design solutions.
Develop comprehensive design packages, including detailed drawings and specifications, for construction purposes.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design implementation aligns with project goals.
Conduct on-site meetings to review progress and maintain quality control.
Monitor project schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Manage communications with vendors and suppliers, handling orders and overseeing deliveries.
Place and monitor all interior-related orders, ensuring alignment with project budget.
Collaborate closely with colleagues, particularly project managers, to ensure alignment with project goals and overall objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architect or Interior Design.
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an Interior Designer.
Excellent knowledge of English verbal and written.
Proficient in AutoCad, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
Good knowledge of 3D software.
Good knowledge Microsoft Office.
Eye for Detail.
Excellent presentation and communication skills
