We are seeking a meticulous and highly skilled Architect with a deep commitment to design excellence — not just in form and aesthetics, but in the execution of every detail. This role emphasizes the integration of design thinking into technical documentation, detailing, and coordination across all disciplines, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. You will play a key role in ensuring that design intent is carried through every drawing and detail, from schematic design through construction administration.
Lead the design development and documentation phases, with an emphasis on high-quality technical detailing.
Develop and refine coordinated drawing sets that integrate architectural, mechanical, electrical, and structural systems seamlessly.
Ensure architectural detailing upholds and enhances design quality, performance, and constructability.
Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and in-house teams to maintain design integrity throughout the process.
Review and resolve technical issues during construction administration.
Proactively identify coordination challenges and propose elegant, buildable solutions.
Maintain deep knowledge of codes, materials, and industry best practices to support innovative yet feasible designs.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Architectural licensure or significant progress toward licensure.
2+ years of professional experience with a strong emphasis on technical design, detailing, and coordination.
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows. Familiarity with clash detection tools and 3D coordination preferred.
Demonstrated experience developing integrated drawing sets, including MEP coordination and detailed sections.
Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and envelope detailing.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience working on complex building types.
Familiarity with mechanical and electrical system layouts, routing constraints, and how they intersect with architectural design.
Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and code compliance.
Attention to detail and a passion for precision in documentation.
